The Scoop
Communicating with alumni for over 20 years-that's the record of the Department of Journalism and Mass Communications magazineThe Scoop.
This two-way street provides department graduates with updates on the program and the campus, while seeking out the progress reports from more than 2,000 former students who are part of our professional family. Published on line in 2010, the magazine will be in cyberspace again for 2012, but is looking forward to a print format again when budgets improve and alumni donations support the magazine. The Scoop is produced by students, for alumni. Faculty adviser Frank Thayer is now looking for a student editor for the upcoming edition as well as success stories from alumni.
